    I am Nicole L. Turner, and I help leaders and organizations transform from the inside-out. My advantage is range.I have spent years across government, corporate, and large enterprise environments, creating, leading, and managing initiatives centered on change, strategic direction, organizational effectiveness, and performance, including technology and cybersecurity, where the cost of poor execution was real. I have built and run my own businesses, and I teach business at the university level. That wide view is why I see the whole problem, not one slice of it. When a strategy is not landing, the cause is rarely in one department. It lives in how mindset, behavior, systems, and strategy either pull together or pull apart.

    I built the Inside-Out Transformation Framework™ as the through line of everything I do. Real change starts on the inside. You see it in the results. I am also a 10x published author and a frequent keynote speaker.
